#1. The service
Tossway ("we") runs https://tossway.com, a tool for sending text and files between devices with a short pickup code. No account is needed. By using the service you agree to these terms.
#2. Temporary storage only
- Items are kept for a limited time (1d by default, at most 7d) and are then deleted automatically. Files can be up to 256M.
- Anyone who has the pickup code or link can open the item. Do not send anything you would not want a person holding the code to see.
- The service is not a backup. Items may be deleted earlier, for example to handle abuse reports or for operational reasons. Keep your own copies.
#3. Your content
You keep all rights to what you send. You are responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You allow us to store and deliver it only to provide the service.
#4. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to send or store:
- anything illegal where you or the recipient are, or under the laws that apply to us;
- malware, phishing pages, or anything meant to deceive or harm others;
- sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- spam, or traffic meant to overload, probe or bypass the service's limits.
We may remove any item, limit access, or block use of the service without notice when we believe these terms are broken.
#5. Reporting abuse and copyright
Use the "Report" link on an item, or email support@tossway.com with the pickup code or link and a short reason. Copyright owners should include proof of ownership and a description of the work. We aim to review reports promptly and delete content that breaks these terms.
#6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that items will be delivered or kept.
#7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from using or not being able to use the service.
#8. Changes
We may change the service or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

#2. 仅作临时存储

#4. 禁止的用途
不得使用本服务发送或存储：
- 在你或接收方所在地，或依我们适用的法律属于违法的内容；
- 恶意软件、钓鱼页面，或任何意图欺骗、伤害他人的内容；
- 涉及未成年人的色情内容，或宣扬暴力、恐怖主义的内容；
- 侵犯著作权、商标权或其他权利的内容；
- 垃圾信息，或企图使服务过载、探测或绕过服务限制的流量。
如果我们认为有人违反本条款，可以不经通知删除内容、限制访问或禁止使用本服务。
#5. 举报与版权投诉
点击内容页面上的「举报」，或发邮件到 support@tossway.com，写明取件码或链接和简要原因。版权方请附上权属证明和作品说明。我们会尽快处理，并删除违反本条款的内容。
#6. 不提供担保
本服务按“现状”和“可用”的状态提供，不作任何形式的担保，不保证服务不中断、无错误，也不保证内容一定能送达或被保存。
#7. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本服务造成的数据丢失、利润损失或其他损害，我们不承担责任。
#8. 变更
我们可以随时修改本服务或本条款，页面顶部日期为最新版本。继续使用即表示你接受修改。
